  My rating is based on my visit today and a past visit some time ago. My biggest complaint was the very long wait I had for my appt today. In the past I loved coming here however today really showed me why I should just stick to going to my obgyn. I chose Planned Parenthood over my doctor because there's usually a wait there. Although they keep the building clean, they need several upgrades such as the chairs, carpet, etc.

  This place is garbage. Won't answer their phone. Wait forever for nothing. When I walk in there are 4 girls standing there playing around when I have been waiting for them to pick up phone for hours. Most unprofessional so called doctors office I have ever been in.

  The staff is nice, but the waiting period is ridiculous. What's the point in making a scheduled appointment and you don't even get seen until an HOUR or MORE after. I feel like they just make you wait to finish whatever else they want before seeing you. I have things to do. Which is why I schedule an appointment. I expect to be seen in a timely matter just like an other doctor appointment.
